
graduated second in his class from the John Marshall Law School in 1974, and brings to the firm more than 25 years of experience in defending claims covered by commercial and personal lines. He has defended cases involving premises liability, road signing and design, sewer design and maintenance, emergency vehicle responses and flooding. His experience is extensive, involving Structural Work Act and construction negligence suits, product liability, premises liability, CERCLA environmental liability, trucking and personal motor vehicle suits, and professional E and O claims against psychologists and social workers.
Vince has been a lecturer for the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education and was an instructor at his alma mater for several years. He has also been called upon by the American Arbitration
Association to participate as a panel member on a national basis. His litigation experience extends to both the Illinois circuit and appellate courts. In addition to being admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, he is a member of the Bars of Northern and Central Districts of Illinois, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. His professional memberships include the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the American Arbitration Association, the Defense Research Institute and the Justinian Society of Lawyers.
