Groninger v. Fulton County, Indiana, 790 N.E.2d 541 (Ind.App. 2003). On behalf of Fulton County we appealed the lower court order requiring us to approve a plat including the location of a driveway that the Board felt to be unsafe. The appellate court affirmed the trial court decision but the Supreme Court took the case and oral arguments were presented in early December 2003.
